Acceptance of Orders: Customers place their orders through the Company's official contact number or other approved contact channels.
Contractual relations: A formal written contract is concluded with each customer before the service is provided. The contract clearly states the rights and obligations of the parties, delivery terms, and payment procedures.
Delivery process: Delivery is carried out within 1 (one) business day after order confirmation. Delivery is free and covers Baku city and surrounding areas (Absheron Peninsula).
Payment terms: Payments can be made in cash, non-cash (bank transfer) or via POS terminal, in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Quality assurance: Modern Aqua LLC guarantees the quality of the delivered water, its full compliance with hygienic requirements and production standards.
